Über uns
Am Haus für Poesie, dem einzigen öffentlich geförderten Literaturhaus nur für Poesie, kann man sich mit deutschen und internationalen DichterInnen auf viele spannende Wortreisen begeben. Einzelne Formate sind zum Beispiel: Lyrik (Haiku, Elfchen, Sonette, free verse Gedichte, Balladen usw.), Slampoetry, Spoken-Word, Singer-Songwriter, Bodypercussion, Rap und rhythmisches Sprechen, Konkrete Poesie, Street-Art, Grafitti und mural arts, Soundpoesie und Sprachtechno, Nonsense-Dichtung, Witze, Sprachspiele, Buchstabenspiele, Bildgedichte, Performance, Bühnenpräsenz für Verssprache, Poesiefilm und Animationsfilm für Gedichte, Werbungssprache und „Claiming“, Versillustration, poetische Kurzprosa, Übersetzung, Instagramkachelgedichte und Märchen. Je nach Wunsch können offene Workshops oder Ausbildungsmodule (Gedichtklasse open poems, Meisterklassen, Lyrikkritikklasse u.a.) angeboten werden.
Wir verstehen uns außerdem im Haus für Poesie als Ankerinstitution für alle Dichterinnen und Dichter und stehen ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Mehr zu unserer Arbeit mit und für LyrikerInnen findet sich auf dieser Seite unter Service.
Darüber hinaus gibt es Fortbildungen für Lehrerinnen und Lehrer und Schulprojekte für alle Altersgruppen. Seit 2020 dürfen wir den Kompetenznachweis Kultur durchführen. Außerdem ist das Haus für Poesie anerkannte Praxisstelle und bietet schul- und studienbegleitende Praktika an.

About Us
At the House of Poetry, the only publicly funded literature house dedicated solely to poetry, you can embark on many exciting word journeys with German and international poets. In addition, there are further training courses for teachers and school projects for all age groups. Since 2020 we have been allowed to carry out the proof of competence in culture. In addition, the House of Poetry is a recognized internship and offers internships alongside school and university studies.
